<div>I have been selected to join the National squad and represent Ireland at an international level in the IMMAF World Championships this year , taking place in Georgia this September.

<div>This prestigious competition brings together the worlds top amateur fighters and allows athletes to showcase their skills on an international platform.

<div>It has been my dream for years to represent my country on the world stage and I’m very proud to have the opportunity to do that.

<div>However, as an athlete competing at this level, training demands are intense, and costs associated with medical bills, travel, accommodation, entry fees, equipment, nutrition , and recovery practices quickly add up.

<div>My reason for making this gofundme me, is because unfortunately , amateur MMA is not recognised by Sport Ireland. This means access to funds, sports grants etc that are available to other combat sports athletes , like boxers and judoka, are not available for our MMA gym. All proceeds raised here would go towards the previously mentioned expenses.
