<div>On <strong>Sunday 26th July</strong>, I'll be taking on a challenge to raise money for <strong>The Little Princess Trust</strong> in support of an incredibly brave young girl, <strong>Bethany Wall</strong>.
</div>

</div>
<div>Bethany is my daughter's close friend. At just 11 years old, she has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour and is currently undergoing chemotherapy at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As you can imagine, this has been an incredibly difficult time for Bethany and her family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>One of Bethany's biggest worries wasn't just the treatment itself, but how other people might react to the changes in her appearance caused by chemotherapy.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thankfully, <strong>The Little Princess Trust</strong> stepped in.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They provide children like Bethany with beautiful, real-hair wigs free of charge, helping restore confidence at a time when they need it most.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Bethany's dad, Alan Wall, said:

<div><strong>The Challenge</strong>
</div>
<div>Because Bethany is 11 years old, I will <strong>climb Rivington Pike 11 times in one day</strong>.
</div>
<div>•	⛰️ 11 ascents 
</div>
<div>•	 Around 66km of walking/running 
</div>
<div>•	 Approximately 2,800m of climbing (This is like climbing Ben Nevis more than twice!)  
</div>

</div>
<div>Depending on how Bethany is feeling, we're hoping that she, along with her friends and family, will join me for the final climb to the peak! 
</div>

<div><strong>The Goal</strong>
</div>
<div>A bespoke wig supplied by The Little Princess Trust costs around £700.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My fundraising target is £2,100, enough to fund three wigs for children undergoing cancer treatment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every pound raised will help another child face treatment with confidence and dignity.
</div>
