Coned Premium Ice Cream Launch

My name is Micah Garcia and I started making ice cream for fun in 2010. Many, many (many) hours and pints later, and at the encouragement of family and friends, I'm launching my line of flavors of premium, custard style ice cream and ice cream sandwiches into the playing field.

I have a passion for creativity and a stubborn tenacity for quality; my ambition is to shape the Coned brand of ice cream as the premier representative of small-batch craftmanship born and raised in Ventura, CA (my hometown). The ingredients that make my ice cream one-of-a-kind include pasture raised (grass-fed) dairy from Northern California cows, produce and eggs from various local farms, organic whenever possible and plenty of genuine hard work!

The entire operation is being planned and polished up, and will require significant capital, but the funds being sought here will help ignite the spark to fire up the machine. We are working on the long-term plan for a loan to finance the major costs of the project, and also putting in our own earnings to expedite the process.

It's been a long and educational journey up to this point and the future evolution of the brand is on the horizon! We wouldn't be here without the help and support of all the awesome friends that have made this entire experience really special, it's overwhelmingly appreciated! I want to carry that momentum forward and establish my brand of top quality ice cream as truly unforgettable, and extremely craveable!
