Help Tyler Patterson II win his fight against cancer.

Tyler is 24 years old and the father of a 1 year old daughter. Tyler has been pursuing a career in professional basketball this past year. He plays for the Danville River Hawks, a team in the Premier Basketball League in Danville Illinois. Toward the end of his first season with the River Hawks he started experiencing severe back pain after practices and games. On April 14, 2015 Tyler was diagnosed with renal medullary carcinoma, a very rare and aggressive cancer of the kidney. The cancer has spread to his hip causing lesions on his hip bone and putting him in excruciating pain. Tyler is a very good, loving person with a positive attitude and a will to win. He also has a great sense of humor. We are starting this fund to try to raise as much money as possible to help Tyler win his fight. There has not been much research done on this cancer because of how rare it is. Tyler may have to travel to numerous places in the U.S. to get the best treatment possible and there are a lot of procedures that his insurance may not cover. If you could find it in your heart to donate, anything will help. If you can not afford to help financially, we ask that you please pray for his recovery. Every prayer he can get will make a difference.
