Funding Tadashi's Education

I’m making this campaign for my boyfriend, Tadashi Ridout. I met Tadashi two years ago, and he has been struggling to finance his education since. He was recently accepted to Fleming College in Peterborough for a general business program. I’m hoping that Gofundme will help him in his quest for a better education and a better future.
Growing up in Belleville with only the support of a single parent, Tad’s family struggled financially to make ends meet. At the age of 16, he was left with nothing but the clothes on his back, when his mother left the city to pursue a life of her own. He has been on his own since, supporting himself with part time jobs.
He had two part-time jobs, but lost one due to the limited hours available in the winter months. He is avidly searching for a second job, and is currently working one part-time job to pay for his rent, utilities, and food as well as attempting to pay for his education. He barely makes enough to cover his cost of living. He also just recently learned that his government funding has been put on hold due to some red tape policies.
For the two years that I’ve known Tadashi, he has always talked about his desire to go to college, and create a better life for himself. The financial pressure he faces has been holding him back in pursuing an education, and with his recent enrolment to Fleming, he worries that he will not be able to afford both his cost of living as well as his institutional payments.
I would like to raise $5000 to help ease the pressure off him so he can concentrate on his future and building a better life for himself. He is incredibly hard working, and I want nothing more than for him to be able to get the education he deserves and desires.
Knowing that there are others in similar situations, any money raised above our goal will be forwarded to another campaign.
