Haylee is a vibrant, enthusiastic and jovial 22 year old lady who just also happens to be completely adorable and one of the most genuine people I know. She's nothing short of an amazing asset to the team at Topgolf in Chicago and has been a part of the Topgolf Family for just over a year. As a bayhost with our company, she makes each and every one of our guests feel right at home under her watch and always goes out of her way to make people feel special and appreciated.
Haylee is the oldest of 10 children and is a military brat who has lived her life on the move. Having nine younger siblings means there's no such thing as "peace and quiet" which never seemed to bother her as she adores her siblings more than anything in the world. Haylee is an active person who lives her life with passion and a drive to enjoy every moment she can...from climbing mountains in Hawaii to white water rafting in Ohio to spending time hiking and canoeing, she never stops moving!
Four years ago she was in a car accident which resulted in finding a mass on her brain that doctors assured her it was "just a cyst" and that she should "not worry about it." Well, they were wrong. Earlier this year, Haylee began suffering from chronic pains and debilitating migraines. After a battery of tests and countless doctors office visits, they ordered yet another scan, and found that she had a brain tumor the entire time and the doctors she had seen in the past had all misdiagnosed her.
Now, the countdown to surgery has begun as the days wind down until the big day. Haylee will undergo the procedure to remove the tumor...just SIX days before Christmas. She will spend the holidays in a hospital bed and will be on bed rest for two months following the procedure.
To help Haylee in her fight, we've organized a live fundraiser as well as this virtual one to help her with the costs associated with the surgery and all the stages of recovery. We are all in this together, as she's part of our TG Family, and are honored to help her along the way in every way we can.
