Lori Coley is no stranger to overcoming the impossible. As a survivor of multiple catastrophic medical events and a person who has adapted to visual impairments due to medical complications, she has faced life’s toughest battles with resilience and grace. Now, she’s facing yet another fight—Neuroendocrine Small Cell Lung Cancer.

This isn’t the first time Lori has defied the odds. Years ago, she survived a gallbladder rupture that nearly took her life, leaving her with 80% vision loss. Instead of letting it stop her, she turned her pain into purpose, becoming a passionate advocate for the blind. She has dedicated her time to volunteering with nonprofits in South Carolina, empowering others to live full and independent lives.

Now, Lori needs our help. They say it takes a village, and thankfully, Lori has an incredible support system. She fights every day to stay strong for her grandson, Maddox—affectionately known as Butterbean—who is the light of her life. Standing by her side every step of the way are her

three children, Chris, Brandi, and Brandon, along with extended family who pitch in however they can. But even the strongest fighters need backup.
