Help Baha Walk Again

I can walk. I can jump into my car and go anywhere I want when I want. I have my freedom. Bakhityar Yusupov wants his back. Bakhityar, or Baha for short is my neighbor. His Muscular Dystrophy has advanced to the point that he is now fully confined to his wheel chair. He is young - just 42. He can no longer drive and he is house bound. He wants a ramp to his front door. He wants to go to work. He wants to continue taking his herbal tinctures and therapy. He wants to walk and drive and move freely. He believes he will and I do too. Please help me help Baha walk again.
