Treatment for traumatic brain injury

Hi my name is Ab, I am seeking funding for a traumatic brain t injury I sustained from a car accident in august 2022. I’m unable to walk more than a few blocks, drive for more than 30 mins, have issues with speech when I’m stressed, and still continue to have severe headaches. This treatment is promising in treating the neurological issues I have been facing. I have been living on insurance money since the accident and this is necessary to not cause further debt.
