Support for our Crossing Guard, Kathy Japes

On behalf of students and parents at our beloved school, we are setting up this fundraiser to assist our wonderful Crossing Guard, Kathy, as she recovers from being hit by a car while protecting Eastbluff Elementary children on the morning of February 13th. Kathy is in the ICU (where she is unable to accept flowers at this time) and has multiple injuries, including: a broken hip, pelvis, shoulder, and elbow, as well as a bruised lung and concussion. Kathy is always so caring with our children and supportive of our school community- she is also extremely vigilant and puts our children’s safety above all else while she is on that crosswalk. Let’s unite and support her at this extremely difficult time. Thank you!
