Race Across America, Female 4 -Record Attempt!

We're Dani, Vicki, Caz and Katie, together we make up the team 'Four the Record', four women fuelled by determination and an unyielding spirit of competition - and as our team name would suggest... in the pursuit of setting a new Race Across America record. We hope you'll join us on our mission.

Four the Record is not just about our quest for speed; we also hope to inspire wider participation of women and young girls in under-represented sporting endeavours, and foster a culture of fearless, dynamic feminism in the world of sport and we're proud to be raising money for the charity - Inspiring Girls International.

In June 2024, we will cycle 4800km (over 3,000 miles) from Oceanside, California to Atlantic City, New Jersey in the aim to become the fastest female quartet in history to complete it.

The current world record is 6 days, 15 hours, 19 minutes. To beat it, we would need to cycle at 31 km an hour (or 19.3 miles an hour) – non-stop.

​We are looking for support to make this happen, the trip costs $50,000, we have got a couple of sponsors on board already as well as putting some of our own money behind the adventure, but we need a little more support to be able to make this adventure a reality!
