In memory of Joe Falcon

Joe (Jose E. M. Falcon II), a longtime Tour and Production Manager, loved what he did. But more importantly, he loved those he so graciously worked with. Despite the everyday craziness of life on the road, Joe was never without a smile or a kind word for his entertainment family.

Joe was a man who wore many hats. He was a fireman putting out fires when a hotel booking fell through. He was a referee when people couldn’t see eye to eye. He was a friend who always kept you fed and hydrated when the day was going to be long and arduous. He was a counselor offering prayer and support when times got tough, and life got a bit overwhelming.

It goes without saying that Joe always made himself available to anyone and everyone knew that. Joe selflessly provided whatever he could, no matter how big or small, whenever he saw the need. He loved our family as well as his extended touring family.

Like many others in the industry, as a contractor, Joe did not have benefits. Joe’s unexpected passing has created a need beyond the means of his immediate family.
