Donate here to pay legal fees and expenses to preserve the

rural areas of St. Charles County from high density housing. Our approach is three-fold:

1) Legally oppose developments and annexations that do not stay within the St Charles County master plan in regard to lot sizes.

2) Fight for amending the annexation laws for St. Charles County to allow home owners more voice in what is being built around them.

3) Work to create new cities where possible within St. Charles County that will require lot sizes at or above the requirements in the master plan. This will prevent high density housing and future annexation attempts. A city of Defiance is now being considered.

All money will be used to pay attorney fees and other costs for these endeavors.
