Zach Zurn - Recording in the Studio

Hey there! My name is Zach Zurn. Thanks for checking out this GoFundMe page!

For as long as I can remember, I've been passionate about writing songs. Even as a kid I used to have a dream of writing jingles when I grew up!

Over the years, I've had amazing chances to play in bands in varying genres, write and record albums, play live all over the country, and grow in my craft as a songwriter! It isn't until now that I have branched off as my own entity to write, record, and release my own original music. It's been a dream of mine for years and I'm closer than ever! You can see a stripped down, acoustic version of one of my singles "Losing My Head" above. It's a video I recorded with Burning Dog Radio after a show in Menomonie, Wisconsin.

This is simply a page where if you feel inclined to help me achieve a goal of mine, you can donate to the project here. There is no pressure to donate, and whether I reach the goal listed here or not, I will find a way to make this project work! It's not something I'm willing to give up on!

I have many ambitions and plans to record my songs, and that all starts with working with an engineer/producer named Zach Foty. We've grown close over the past few years and we have had the chance to work on various projects together. He is an amazing talent that will help me take my songs to the next level to be able to share with people like you! Outside of recording songs, many costs come along with this: mastering, video content, promotion and advertising, merchandise purchases, etc.

I am not launching a full crowdfunding campaign with perks. This is intentional as I wanted to simply create a space to allow those who felt inclined to help to do so! I realize this is an ambitious goal, but with your help it could happen! Any amount, whether seemingly small or large, helps!

Because GoFundMe needs to earn money on their side of business for offering a service like this, each donation has an 8% transaction fee associated with it. You do not pay the 8% fee, rather it is taken out of your donation to this project.
