Zyla's paw surgery

Hello internet, I'm reaching out today to ask for support for my dog Zyla. Today she was sitting on my sister's lap on our patio enjoying the early summer air, but was frightened by something and jumped off the chair, landing sideways on her front paw. My sister and dad rushed her to the vet, where she was sedated for the great amount of pain she was in, and sent in for Xrays. The Xrays told us that the damage was so bad that it wouldn't be enough to set her bones back together and let them heal in a cast, but that she'd need a surgery that costs around $3,000, since her nerves and ligaments wouldn't heal correctly in just a cast. This is something that my family unfortunately can't afford, we are working hard to put two kids through college and have added expenses on top of that. Zyla will stay over at the vet tonight, 5/16, and will consult with the surgeon tomorrow, to hopefully have the surgery completed within the next two days so that she can begin the recovery process.
Zyla is an incredibly important member of our family and functions as an emotional support animal for my younger sister, and we love her endlessly. She is a very active dog and loves to kayak, play fetch, run and swim. We hope to continue to give her the life that every 3 year old pup dreams of. It would mean the world if we could call on community support to help us through this tough time.
