FBLA National Competition

Our Future Business Leaders of America chapter has just returned from a very successful state conference.  Four students qualified for national competition.  Three of our students competed on a team event and placed first in state competition.  This is the first time that Lavaca High School has had someone place first in a state competition so as you might imagine, we are very excited.  This honor allows students to represent the state of Arkansas.

 

The national competition is held in Anaheim, California.  Because of that fact, each student and one chaperone will have to pay a minimum of approximately $1000 for a combination of registration, hotel, and transportation, which amounts to $5000.  That is where your organization comes in.  We are seeking sponsors to help underwrite the cost of this trip.  We are responsible for obtaining funding by May 20, so we are working feverously to obtain assistance.

 

In conclusion, we are asking for your assistance.  Could you help by submitting a financial donation to this worthy cause?  I can personally speak for this group of young people and say they are the best of the best.  Let’s work together and support this worthwhile endeavor of a group of awesome young adults.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
