Hi i Would like to start of by saying thank you, would also like you to read and understand our situation!!
2 years ago Zack was hurt while working. Workman's comp denied the claim. Since then we have lived off our savings, and side jobs . while it has been a lightly process, with lawyers, court and doctors. We have been to doctor after doctor trying to figure out what all was wrong. He first had injections in his lower back, on the last set of shots they figured out he had a broken hip all along and had torn his libriam and muscle. So they did a hip scope. Thinking he was fixrd, we were wrong. The pain slowly came back until it got unbearable. He would go to physical therapy and do his stretches. While I worked he was a full time dad. Begging the doctors and myself to help him figure out the pain. "We had our doubters" but Zack insisted something was wrong. It got so bad that I couldn't afford to work because Zack needed help. Plus work was really slow and cut my owees to nothing. (Oil prices) I wanna take you back to before all this happened. Zack was a hard working dedicated family man, and with the free time he had he would help friends train for mma and jujitsu, while he focused on his career as well. He would pay out of pocket to help anyone and everyone he could so "back to present day" now he can barley help his self. He spends most of his time in our bed. Curled up in pain. When a week ago we finnaly got a referral to a specialist. What they found was beyond anything we could imagine. He had already had 2 strokes and was hit in the head with a Rick flying out if a mower at wori, a hip scope and steriod injections. What could be worse than all that? Then fighting with workman's comp on top of that. We finally got answers. Zack ways diagnosed with spinal stenosis, RA and a rare disease most common in athletes... In fact only 10% of the world actually have this. He has over a 100 stress fractures in his vertebraes. He was crippling his self. When he fell at work due to the rock. He actually could of fell the wrong way and never walk again. Sent now he has to have 2 rods and a titanium cahe wrapped around his spine. The doctors say he will never be 100% again. Which we can deal with that. As long as he can play with our kids, work and enjoy actually having a life outside of our room. Most think he lives a happy life. Playing on FB, bit in reality he gets 2-3 hours asleep a night.. It makes it so hard on us "his family" he will go to Oklahoma city. On December 21st to have this major surgery. And will miss Christmas with us. "He promised us a awesome Christmas next year". We are struggling financially, mentally and physically. It's a process we can't hurry up. I know I'll have my husband back and our kids will have thier daddy!! Facing a ivictiin notice because we are 2 months behind and are bills and travel back and fourth to the city.. We are asking for Your help. The amount we put is not taking lightly. We don't expect many to help so 100 dollars would help even 50. Please help us by getting this stress if bills and help with medical to get my husband and our daughters father back to living again. Thank you for reading sorry it was so long!
