Davis Family Fund

This is Cooper's story:  Cooper Davis is 11 years old and going into the 6th grade when school resumes.  Cooper is a bright, witty, fun-loving kid with a sweet spirit who loves fedoras, baseball, playing his guitar and making people laugh by being his charming self.  For several months now, Cooper has had significant back pain that has had a real impact on his quality of life.  Following extensive testing, it was determined that his back pain was the result of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).  It is most common in children and has a 98% survival rate.  While those statistics are very encouraging, it doesn't change the fact that this sweet boy is facing a very long road to recovery.  This is also a very long road for Cooper's Mom and Dad (Sandy & Larry Davis) and his brother, Brady, not to mention poor Zoe, their lovable lab who undoubtedly knows something is not right.  The goal of this endeavor is to help ease the financial burden that a condition of this significance inevitably causes.  To that end, please give much thought and prayer in determining how you might be able to help.  The entire Davis family always goes above and beyond to help their friends, family and anyone else in need.  They are truly servant-hearted people.  Now, the tables have been turned, and it is they who need help.  This is an excellent opportunity to open up your heart and give back a portion of what they've always so willingly given others.  And thank you so much for your continued prayers and support as they walk this journey together, carried by their faith as they surrender control over Cooper's recovery to God and comforted by the love they undoubtedly feel from their family, friends and the Master Physician himself.
