Help for Homeless Nuns

The Sisters of Our Lady of Reparation need your help NOW in this urgent matter. 
These two nuns will be homeless with no vehicle as of August 5th. The community has a goal to raise $100,000 to be able to purchase a house and car for them. 

Read further for details:

Mother Isidore Maria and Sr. Benedict Marie will no longer have housing as of August 5th. They were living in the convent with Sister Jeanne Marie, who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, cardiac problems etc. She has been bed-ridden for years and has endured many surgeries and numerous health treatments. Mother Isidore Maria and Sr. Benedict Marie have cared for her all this time while struggling to maintain their original apostolates of Catechism instruction, Daily Mass, and Divine Office. Between this and normal household tasks, their has been little opportunity to gain outside income. Sister Jeanne Marie is now returning to Illinois where she will retire to a nursing home. She has no desire to continue assisting the community financially.The state will ultimately claim everything, including the house which is in her name, leaving the two other sisters homeless.

From the Sisters: "Sister Jeanne Marie has provided housing for our community ever since it was founded in 2014. We had hoped to find an alternative means of support by now, but our attention has been divided from the start. We are in need of a car and housing. We will be seeking some sort of work once Sister is settled in a nursing home, but until then, (beginning of August),  she still requires our full-time care".

The community of Our Lady of Reparation is associated with His Excellency, the Most Reverend Daniel L. Dolan, Bishop at St. Gertrude the Great Parish. Aside from convent-nursing, the sisters have volunteered at the parish to teach catechism on Sundays, and have been earning a stipend for cleaning the parish once a week. They will be seeking additional work soon, (e.g. house cleaning services, senior companion care, and/or other similar employment. 
Keep in mind that any work the sisters take on will be part-time since they are religious and have certain ecclesiastical obligations; they are counting on benefactors for the greater part of housing costs. Though $60,000 should buy a foreclosure in the Cincinnati area, they are anticipating maintenance costs: (e.g.  new furnace, plumbing work, roof repairs, etc.)  This also brings up the question of transportation. A Catholic mechanic has offered to be on the lookout for a decent vehicle. He has forewarned that anything affordable will require considerable work and additional parts. He estimated 3-5K for a decent means of transportation.
