Shakespeare And Zombies! Fringe 2018

Donation protected
Curiosity hast given thou cause to eye this means of green inflow for to breathe life into mine words. The likes of which I hope to see upon the stage in the year of 2018.

"Act VI Scene I" has all the workings of a Shakespearean tragedy... with Zombies.

This show began as a short one act I wrote in college as an assignment while pursuing my B.F.A. in acting at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and I have spent the last 4 years developing into a full length piece that I would like to produce and direct for the Indianapolis Fringe festival in 2018.

Your donation will go solely towards the 600$ application fee which will provide:

-5 local actors with paying work.

-6 performances of the show.

-A venue to perform in.

-A technician to work light and sound.

-Publicity online and in local papers.

-And you will be supporting local art and artists in the Indianapolis area.

All of this, for the price of a 600$ application fee.

"Act VI Scene I" follows Godfry and Fleecia, two young lovers who run away to be wed under the watchful eye of thier priest. Just as they say the final "I do," a stranger bursts through the door claiming the dead have risen and are now preying upon the living. The four must survive the zombie apocalypse and each other in the church they find themselves trapped inside. Although the setting is modern, the language is very much Elizabethan, complete with verse speaking Chorus.

Any donation you can provide will be forever appreciated. Please help me
stage this dream and share it with the Indianapolis community. If you can help me reach this simple goal, I will work my hardest to produce the best show possible.
