Marine vet needs help with flight for service dog

We are trying to unite a Marine who suffers with PTS and needs a trained service animal with Zoe, who is a 3 year old trained and certified service dog who needs a new home due to life changes with her lifelong family
Our Marine is medically and honorably discharged and has been unable to obtain the support and service animal that she needs and would love to have. (Insurance does not cover the expense of a service animal and they are by no means cheap). For the sake of privacy we will refer or our Marine as "G",.
"G" lives in Northern Indiana and Zoe currently lives in South Florida.
After some research it was determined that the safest, most comfortable and economical mode of transportation to unite Zoe and her Marine would be a companion flight.
Zoe and her current owners daughter can fly out of West Palm Beach and into Midway Airport in Chicago via Delta Airlines for just a little under $500 round trip. Prices are less expensive if we move the date back a week or so. So this is the plan at this time, shooting for the week of the 16th.
Zoe's companion has family that lives near the airport which is also within 2 hours driving time from Zoe's Marine. They are willing to pick up Zoe and her companion and help unite her with her Marine.
With the help of friends and people who understand the difference the love of a pet can make we hope to impact the lives of everyone involved in this mission.
The family who must give up their beloved fur baby are happy to know that Zoe will be going to our Marine who will love her and appreciate her.
Our Marine will be ecstatic to have a loving furry companion who understands her needs.
And we will all feel the joy of being a part of making it all happen.
