Amber alert wheeler custody battle

Help daniel.
This man did everything correctly how is that kidnapping? Help this man raise money. so he can fight to be in his sons life.
He wants what any real father wants, he wants to be a father and the court told him as their records showed them..... he had custoday.... therefore  he had every legal right to take his son.
He is on probation, and yes so he could not get in a confrontation with mom, so as she did NOT have hands on her son just like the day before, he took his son.

There will always be two sides to every story.

Please help this father fight to be part of his sons life.

Obviously if this man kidnapped  his son he would be in jail! His son was never in danger and his son was very sad when his dad left late that evening.

To hear a son say I don't have a dad is heartwrenching, why would a two year old say that? Help this child know both parents. His father loves him and Bane needs to know this.

The photo below. Does this child look tramatized? I'm sure he was scared, but I'm also sure those were the best few hours Daniel has had with his son since his last visit he had with bane.
