Lawyer for a custody battle

I am a single mother of three and work as a teacher.  My ex husband has dragged my children and I through years of abuse.  I haven't received child support from him and I am left alone to buy everyday needs for my children.  I recently needed to get a lawyer after an almost two year long custody battle with him.  I am petrified that he will obtain custody of my youngest child.  I cannot afford to pay a lawyer to help end this battle.  I have needed to defend myself in court without a lawyer so this money will help toward the expensive fees.  Getting this lawyer will help to ensure that my children are safe.
