Arlyne Wells Van Fund

Donation protected
In 1989, Arlyne is in a one-car freak accident that has left her paralyzed from the neck down. It was the day after her high school graduation. Since then, she has been a positive influence for many people, because, even though she can’t move or do anything for herself, she has always had an optimistic outlook for everything in her life. She has never let her disability slow her down. She attends church, she is part of many ministries in her church, hangs out with friends, loves dancing, goes shopping, goes to the State Fair and even organized two class reunions. Her mom, along with nurses, take care of her and are her hands and feet. Her mother is 76, and also works full time. However, with her mother aging, she won’t be able to keep working much longer, which means they won’t have the funds to be able to make payments to a van. She currently owns a 1996 full-size van with a wheelchair lift. The parts on the lift are obsolete and can no longer be fixed. She is in desperate need for a new van. Her mother has such a huge heart to serve, and loves to feed anyone!
