This Fundraiser is for sophia Ponce. Immigration took her dad Eduardo Ponce Without any reason or suspicion. He is an student with his F1 (Visa student) Valid for 5 years. He's an aluminum from ASA College.

He went to get an I-94 with his Dad, and an official from immigration started to ask Eduardo questions, which he answered respectfully, then an official from immigration passed by and told them "oh he's coming to get an I-94 get him, that's because he's going to work" that's racism. And also they are violating the FOURTH AMENDMENT. After the official from immigration said that, the other official started to be RUDE and inappropriate, looking through his phone and alleging that he was lying, again violating the FOURTH AMENDMENT, AFTER that we didn't see him again.

The worst thing was when the "SUPERVISOR" Came outside saying that he was sorry, and saying that he check their (Eduardo and his dad) background and saying that he knows that they are good persons, but the official already sent Eduardo documents and that he couldn't do anything about it.
