Zane and Bambi's relief fund

It is excruciating asking for help, but Iam in a place where I have no other option, so I will swallow my pride and tell my story, and hopefully some of my friends and family will be kind enough to help me.
Back in November Zane hurt his back really bad lifting a couch, he lost his job because of it. He saw his Dr. and has been in physical therapy since, progress has been very slow, he hasn't been himself for a really long time. Wednesday night he had a seizure at home and was transported to the hospital by ambulance, he was there until Saturday afternoon, they wanted to keep him for a few more days for observation, but he refused, he missed his puppy Karma too much and wanted to come home. He was diagnosed with pneumonia and he has to have an MRI to finally figure out what is wrong with his back and why he isn't getting better.
Because he isnt able to work right now he was denied unemployment benefits. My paycheck is the only income, but its being garnished from an old medical bill, so I dont even have my whole paycheck.
I need some help paying everyday bills, gas, phone, power. Iam sinking fast with no relief in the foreseeable future. I need to concentrate on Zanes wellness, so i cant get a second job right now. I dont know where else to turn, so I throw myself at your mercy, please help me
