Team April- Breathe Easy

April has fought a battle with Cystic Fibrosis her entire life and has overcome many obstacles, however, it has not stopped the inevitable from happening. The past couple of years her health has declined rapidly. Now due to the rapid progression of her disease she's in desperate need for medical care that Arkansas can't provide. Thankfully there are hospitals that can help her, and we are excited to say that she has been accepted as a patient at Vanderbilt. We don't know exactly what the plan is or what her prognosis will be, but we are at peace with whatever the next step may be. We won't give up and we won't back down from anything that life may throw at us. April is and always has been a FIGHTER! She is a full time college student taking 18 hours every semester and maintaining her GPA and was inducted into the honor society. With that being said, the cost of and expenses related to her treatment are rising. Although she does have insurance, it does not cover travel, food, co pays, lodging while at Vanderbilt, etc. Any donations are appreciated. God bless you all.
