Bring mother & daughter bk together

My name is Kayla I'm 27 and I have a daughter who's about to turn 11 next month. Her name is brandy. Her father and i met when i was 15 years young he had just turned 19. We were together seven months when i found out I was pregnant i had just turned 16. At around nine week pregnant i find out my baby's father is a criminal. He had been in and out of court looing at felony charges and prison time. He was proven guilty and got four years. I was devastated. A few weeks prior I lost my best friend trying to save him. (Drowning) I was only 16 terrified and lost. Brandy was born that following March 2005 a month before my 17th birthday. Nathan (father) had been incarcerated for around 8 months at that point. He first got to see & hold her for the first time when she was 3 month old. He took a deal and got a couple years taken off his sentence. He served 13 months. When he was released she was 6 months old. We married after i turned 19. He got a job delivering papers doing a motor route and committed a few burglary crimes and multiple federal effences taking brandy only 3 years old then with him on a couple of his crimes. Never to my knowledge till law enforcement knocks at my door. He was sentenced 4 years. Brandy was 7 when he was released. I asked for a divorce. When brandy was 9 years old Nathan (father) filed for custody stating i was a danger to her. And other false assumptions. I have proof to prove at least 3 false assumptions he filed are indeed not true. He does not let her and i have any contact with one another. I've seen my little girl once in 8 month's. I recently was contacted by their neighbore. A woman iv never met telling me my daughter crys almost daily out of reaction of her father and his girlfriend's hurtful words like downing me to her calling her a little bi### and tearing her & i apart. I have made multiple complaints to child welfare. She's a victim of child abuse and theirs not an ear to listen. She's acting out lately. She's made these comments to my mother 2 month's ago. " Grandma i don't like my dad. I use to like home but I don't anymore" and when my mother had told her where I live she says. " That's ok. I got a window & a lot of sheets." comments on running away so we can be with each other again. She's been with my family & i since birth to take that from you own daughter just because your own evilness is wrong. Brandy wants to be heard. She wants to talk to the judge herself but can't till she's age 13 there's not much happiness for her now always pawning her off on someone. Words can't come close to how my heart hurts knowing my little girl is unhappy and lost and scared. All I'm needing is hiring a lawer and the cost of court papers. Everything from witnesses and proof of false filing false assumptions to brandy herself willing to talk i have. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. God bless.
