Smith Family

I'm raising money because my step father, Brian Smith, died August 2nd, and my family and I would like to give him a funeral. This is a completely unexpected and heartbreaking tragedy. My sister, his fifteen year old daughter found him in their backyard, and my brother, his 17 year old son, without even thinking ran to his father and started performing CPR on him, but he was already gone. The cause of his death is still unknown, and the police are conducting an ongoing investigation.

Brian leaves behind his wife Lorraine, three biological children, three step children (which he treated as his own), soon to be four grandchildren (who were his best friends), and two siblings. Brian would've given the world to his family and friends if he could. There's nothing he wouldn't do to put a smile on people's faces. He was a kind and generous man who even opened his home to neighborhood kids who had no where else to go.

He was a great man who was taken from us too soon.
