Mission: Raise awareness around taking the first step and asking for help when struggling with mental health. Raise 20,000 Dollars for LIVIN to support their mental health program.
Vision: Empower people to speak out about their mental health issues and trust the help that is available to them, if its family, friends, colleagues, the health system or a stranger.
About Me: Luke Douglass, Human Performance Coach within the Military, Emergency Services and Civilian Space. Embarking on an experience of a life time to not only raise awareness and money around mental health, but taking the first step to being in control over your life. This event is going to both mentally and physically challenge me but help inspire others to believe they can do things others can’t.

- Run with a weight vest from the Opera House to Parliament House, 300km’s (100kms a day with 10km check points)
