HELP FUND FOR 15yr old Black Owned Business

My name is Joseph Willis Jr, and I am a black male that is 15 yrs old. I live on the south side of Chicago, and I have decided to contribute to my community by starting my own landscaping business to support the communities that lack in upkeep. I launched my business in 2017 and went into service in 2018. I had very little equipment that was refurbished and half broken down, and it just was not doing the job. Our customers were getting very frustrated and we lost business. One day came where I was not able to go out with my team and they were in transit on foot, (another problem)  and they were robbed. We lost all of our equipment, and was forced to discontinue our services. This year (2019) I've done some research and found out different ways we will be successful moving forward. I have a team in place, and am seeking more youth to join our movement. I have tried contacting Lori Lightfoot, Toni Preckwinkle, Willie Wilson, Sophia King, and Pat Dowell. When I got in contact with the Willie Wilson foundation they rushed me off the phone, and told me to send letters. I did, and never heard back. I got in contact with the 4th ward I received 1 response and never heard back. I tried working with Patt Dowell last year we were suppose to receive funding and support, but when I followed up I received no response. This is a very important step to guiding our communities into the right direction, and I will not give up!
