New Youth Cycling Club

We are young, amateur cyclists looking to launch our own cycling club to take our sport to the next level!

Together with a small group of friends, we've always enjoyed riding road bikes together. We like to meet up every week to go for a ride to our local hills and see who's the king of the hill on that day. Localised in the area of the great Flanders Classics such as De Ronde Van Vlaanderen, E3 Harelbeke, Gent-Wevelgem, ... we have the terrain to make us suffer.

The cycling is a way for us to keep in touch as everyone went on to study or do something else. The cycling is what bonds us and we want to build onto this strong connection in our friendship.


Now we want to take our cycling group to the next level by launching a local cycling club focused on attracting young people, like ourselves, to join us in this amazing sport that cycling is.

The goal of our crowd-funding campaign is to raise funds so we can develop our cycling club kit, purchase nutrition for our members during rides, races and tours and to purchase entry to local cycling tours or races.

Since we are all young guys who are still studying and not earning any monthly salary, we don't have a lot of options to launch a cycling club in terms of financial possibilities. This is the reason we were looking at crowdfunding to raise a sum to launch our project!
