I am Chef Carlton, Owner of YoungChef Catering. I have opened a mobile catering business some years ago, and I am seeking to expand my business by providing a culinary preparatory program to help introduce and prepare aspiring young Culinarians in the NJ/PA area to the field.
Beginning July 5th, 2017 we are launching YoungChef Culinary Summer Camp for teens 14+! Our motto is, "Preparing for the rise of a new culinary generation!"
We are asking that you would consider investing into this program as this will be its inaugural operating year, and we are looking to provide each student with a robust learning experience.
Your investment will contribute to the following areas of needs:
1. Commercial Kitchen Rental Fee
2. Student Uniforms
3. Transportation Fees (includes to and from kitchen space and field trip days)
4. Student Learning Materials
5. End of Camp Celebration
We ask that you if you or anyone that you know who has a teen male or female, who is in need of mentorship and has an interest in the culinary field, please contact us at [email redacted] for details about the program.
