Yongo Otieno Wycliffe to IPC India

Donation protected
I am raising funds for my friend and fellow permaculturist to go to IPC India--the International Permaculture Convergence held in India this year.   Here's his story in his own words:

I am yongo otieno Wycliffe originally from Africa Kenya, took my permaculture design course at PRI-Kenya and later on Oregon State University members came back to my village but realised the problems here are poverty from poor practices and very few models of what's needed to return this place to paradise.

I really want to create a corps of permaculturists. I have been training a crew but it takes time to really make a competent trainer. Some people already have skills and I can jump them forward but in this place many people who teach don't want to get their hands dirty.

Currently Im on a small project in trans-nzoia Kitale region . My job is to set up demonstration centers and train the local indigenous people in permaculture to eradicate the poverty .

Realistically we need hundreds of demonstration centers in the Kitale area. What we don't have is capital to set up these centers to help the rural Africa escape extreme poverty by returning to permaculture basics. Maybe we can close the one we had created earlier ,since that one's days have already gone and so we create new one.   Help me travel to IPC india 2017
