It's time to change tactics.
For too long we've relied on politicians and professionalized advocacy groups to protect abortion access. And this strategy is failing: seven states are down to one abortion clinic, and right-wing anti-abortion forces are amping up their attacks on providers and patients. Right here in NYC patients are routinely harassed, shamed, insulted and even assaulted.
We believe it's important to stand up against these attacks, and that protest and direct action are critical ways to build an effective movement. We need you to join with us.
Any amount you can donate, small or large, will help us organize meetings on reproductive justice topics, defend abortion clinics, stand up for those most impacted by anti-abortion regulations, and help build a world where all women are free from sexual harassment and assault.
We rarely ask for money – we do as much as we can with what we’ve got. But we do need to make signs and banners, occasionally rent event space, print fliers, and get supplies for actions. And we can’t fund it all out of pocket. If you support what we do can you back it up with a donation?
