Hi, my name is Shaun, I am a part-time missionary working with http://www.r3missions.org. R3 is a non-profit think tank that offers meaningful services around the world.
We are raising money for the Kindo family in Yelagiri Hills which is located in India to help build a community centre.
So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help us raise money for the Kindo family to complete the build of their community centre in Yelagiri Hills India.
The Kindo family moved to Yelagiri with literally nothing, just faith and ambition alone.
Dr Sunny Kindo and his family are so passionate about the people of India and their surrounding community. They run a Doctors Clinic from their home in the hills. Their doors are open 24/7 to patients and those in need of help.
November 2015, myself and 17 others (including Dr’s, Nurses, teachers and the media team) travelled to Yelagiri Hills to help out with Dr Sunny’s medical campaign. This was not only an experience we all gained but it was such an eye opener and even more a blessing to all us. Whilst assisting with this campaign, Dr Sunny and the team of us went to various schools and an orphanage to offer the following services:
Medical treatment of different kinds
Health Checks ‘full body’
Education on Health/healthy eating/sex/drugs and alcohol
Whilst being there, this campaign lasted the whole month. Even though we have gone, Dr Sunny, his family and friends are still continuing this work. There is such a passion and love they give for the community, something I have never seen before.
They are building a community centre for the following just to name a few:
Lodging/boarding
Health clinics
Education
A place where people can come to and eat
A place of worship
This is such a big task the Kindo family have taken on. They are so caring and willing to help the everyone who comes to them. The reason why this is so important to them is because they have seen a great need for medical attention in their community. There is so much sickness and disease, children in need, homeless families and children alone. The saying….faith without works is void. This family shows their faith through the works they do. A family that puts the community/families/children first.
Building this community centre will enable them to complete and expand on a mission they are so passionate about. This means so much, not only to me but R3, the Kindo family and the community. The reason this will mean so much to us is, we will see the lives of many young children and adults in need change for the better and for good.
