Unable To Work After Brain Surgery
In May, I started having severe headaches that wouldn't go away. After suffering for two weeks, I finally went to the ER. Thankfully I did, as they found two aneurysms.
I had my brain surgery the next day, June 3rd and was hospitalized for 8 days. My surgeon initially advised me that I would not be able to work for a minimum of six weeks. However, I now only have 30% visibility in my left eye as a direct result of the surgery. Needless to say, this will further delay my ability to return to work, as it affects my ability to drive.
In addition to my vision issues, I am unable to work because of the following reasons:
Pain and pressure in my left eye
Severe and frequent headaches
Extreme fatigue
Loss of short term memory
I lost my job right before Christmas and have been working at temporary jobs while looking for permanent work. However, not having the ability to work for the next several months will be financially devastating for me. I ask for your generosity to get me through this incredibly difficult time. Anything will help. Anything.
All money raised will be utilized towards bills and living expenses for the next few months.
Thank you.
