Surgery for puppy thrown from a car

I have rescued dogs in and around San Antonio Texas, for a few years, many I train to become service dogs for veterans but occaionally I take in dogs just to help them and rehome them,
I took in a 4-7 month old German Shepherd puppy we named Cleo. She had massive skin injuries (too graphic to post), so my husband and I took her to our vet who said her injuries were similar to that of being thrown from a moving object like a car.  
We also requested X rays which showed an impact so hard it threw her hip out of socket!
Cleo had to get her skin issues dealt with before embarking on surgery.
We have already spent hundreds on little Cleo but now we need help!
Cleo needs surgery on her hip to help her walk properly again. The cost is going to be high around $1,700 which we do not have. We cannot give up on her now so we are begging for help.
Cleo is the most darling of little dogs with the most sweetest of natures, she rarely complains and takes treats so gently.
Can you please spare whatever you can to help Cleo walk again so she can run and play like a normal puppy?
Every penny that is donated will go straight to Kitty Hawk animal hospital for her surgery.
