Alexis's LSU Study Abroad Trip

Hi, I am raising money to help finance the program expenses of a study abroad program in Paris in the summer of 2018. This is exciting because I have never traveled out of the United States before. I am currently a junior at Louisiana State University pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts, with a concentration in Film and Media Arts. In Paris, I will be taking two film courses. I am a student who has made the Dean's List the past two semesters, and am a member of the on campus organizations, Phi Sigma Theta Honor Society, LSU Elevate, Geaux Big, and The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, involving service, leadership, and learning opportunties. I also work on campus at the T. Harry Williams Center for Oral History and am a volunteer with the Louisiana International Film Festival. I have been a student of the French language for 10+ years, so I have the experience to be immersed in French culture.
