Leonard boy

My name is Kara, our family dog Leonard was hit in front of our home yesterday on 7/22/18. Myself, my husband and my 5 year old son watched it happen. The person started to slow down then sped back up and ran over him. Then they stopped and looked out the window, saw they hit Leonard and then drove away. This could have been avoided if they would've just stopped for a second. Unfortunately my family does not have the income to put him through the major pelvic surgery that he needs. My father passed away on the 3rd of this month and I was out of work for a long time and have very little income. I know to some people They're only dogs but this guy is our family.  He's only 4 years old and has so much life left in him..
