Someone you know is struggling. They can't notify you about it or explain details. All you need to know is that someone you know is struggling HARD. They have been pushed to the edge and they're about to lose EVERYTHING:
Their spouse/ significant other
Their children
Their family bond
Their ability to love
Their dreams
Their confidence
Their self-respect
Their freedom
Chances are, this person is VERY close to you- they may even live underneath the same roof as you, have the same last name as you and maybe even have the same blood running through their veins.
Often times, this someone could be the LAST person you'd expect (so look closely and maybe even look in the mirror).
More often than not, THIS struggle goes untold. Because this fight has challenging aspects that most are oblivious to. Usually the VICTIM is in it ALONE until it's TOO LATE.
TIME IS RUNNING OUT.
Studies show that victims CAN and ARE attacked as young as 9 years old (& that number will ONLY decrease with time).
This drug which is affecting SO many, is THE MOST READILY AVAILABLE DRUG ON THE MARKET TODAY. ACCORDING TO STUDIES, IT'S ALSO THE MOST CHALLENGING TO OVERCOME. Most of our society is oblivious to IT and it's affects.
THAT IS WHY I'M TAKING ACTION.

I'm raising awareness to fight PORNOGRAPHY.
This is NOT an easy FIGHT.
THIS FIGHT IS REAL.
I'm going to be performing 30 Marathons In 30 Days In Handcuffs (the handcuffs represent the chains of pornography). This event will be known as: 30 In 30 In Handcuffs.
For each marathon I perform, I have an individual who has pledged $1 per mile ($26.20 per marathon); 100% of these funds will go to an organization called Fight The New Drug.
Fight The New Drug is a non profit that helps build awareness to the harmful affects of pornography. Their tagline is: Porn KILLS Love.
I love my wife, I love my kids, I love my community and I love you.
Because I know that MOMENTS OF BLISS ARE NOT FREE, I am choosing to TAKE ACTION.
I believe that LOVE is worth fighting for.
I believe that if I'm not actively fighting againt pornography, then I'm aiding it's growth.
During this 30 day period of 30 In 30 In Handcuffs, I will not be able to hold a job and need to provide income for my family (my beautiful wife- Arial, my sweet son- Rev and my amazing daughter Zaelee).
I need to meet my funding goal of $3,500 by March 1st 2016 so I can cover my mortage and other bills/ necessities.
My message is:
It's okay if you suffer from this addiction, but it's NOT okay if you're OKAY with it.
My goal is two part:
1- Build awareness.
2- Spark a desire in someone who is currently on the edge and about to lose everything.
Please help me as I take on this daunting journey of 30 In 30 In Handcuffs.
