Xyle's Medical Fund

Meet Xyle, a month old happy baby boy living in Kauai, that recently suffered from a terrible bacterial infection to his left eye.  Due to the lack of specialized facility/treatment in Kauai, he needed to be flown to Honolulu to seek needed medical attention.  Unfortunately, the destructive bacteria (psuedomonas aeruginosa conjunctivitis) has progressed before his eye can be saved.  He has been in the hospital for several weeks now and will continue to be until the operation to remove his eye is completed and has been cleared to go back home.  The parents, Marvin and Lourdes, and older sister Kylie (4 yrs old), is praying and hoping for an uneventful operation and speedy recovery.

The parents are currently separated from Kylie to care for Xyle in Honolulu. 



Help us help this young family pay for transportation costs, hospital deductible/copayments, medications, temporary housing and lost wages - no amount is too small.   The family is also desperately seeking a match for an eye donor/transplant.
