Need help funding kidney transplant

I am getting ready to have a kidney donated to me from my daughter and need help with expenses such as gas, food, and lodging for a month after my surgery. Then I need to go back every two weeks for 6 months which uses up a lot of gas. I also won't be able to work for about a year afterwards. On top of all that I still need to maintain my regular bills and house maintenance, any and all help is much appreciated.
