Liver transplant expenses

I am raising money for Jay Wade he is an end stage cirrhosis patient. He is on the transplant list for a liver through John Hopkins in Baltimore Maryland. He has to travel 117 miles just going to see his liver Dr as well as 117 miles to come back home every month. He should be getting his transplant in a month or two. When that happens his caregiver will have to have a room for the 10 days he is in the hospital to learn how to care for him so his body does not reject the liver. After the surgery he will be going to John Hopkins once a week, as well as his primary doctor twice a week for blood work. Plus there will be all the new medications. Jay receives disability but only enough to barely cover living expenses. All donations are greatly appreciated.
