House fire lost everything

My mother in-law has had a rough couple of weeks. It started with having her car totaled by someone who had no insurance. Then this afternoon she left her home to go to the store and upon returning her house was in flames. The fire was caused by a faulty electrical plug. Nothing was salvageable. She rented her home and had no renter's insurance. She also is disabled and not in good health. We are not asking for much or trying to be greddy.
