Please meet Hugo

I recently rescued this beautiful Blue French Bulldog,
he will be 2 yrs old in August he had been neglected 
He was quite thin he had long claws one of which had grown into his pad and he has a problem with a hind leg ....
we took him to the vets to see what was wrong with him he was given a complete mot he has a broken hip which has caused the hock joint to rub bone to bone so it can not stay in place,
he has to have surgery which was quoted at £5000 upwards ..
I know the vets very well  they agreed to drop the price to around £2000 
Without this operation he will be in pain and will not be able to enjoy his life he is so kind and loving dog  even with what he has been through ...
please help us to restore his health so he can start to play and enjoy his new life.
