Lungs Needed to Live!!!

Please please help us. I cant lose her. Please I'm begging. This is my wife, she is 37 years old and has been told she will not make It to Spring without a double lung transplant. She was diagnosed with sarcoidosis in 2009 and it affected her lungs, she is on very high doses of oxygen in order to live. Please we need help financially, we are struggling with this financially, physically and mentally. We set this up to maybe take the financial worry away. How can you cope with trying to save your loved one when you have to worry financially about how it's all going to be possible. Please I beg you look inside your heart and help us. Ive had to watch my wife endure moments of pure pain just trying to live a normal life, a life everyone else has. Please Every penny helps.  To watch the fast decline and the side effects the medicine has caused is completely heartbreaking. I chose photos from before the oxygen, our wedding in 2015 and ones that show the happy personality of her. I did so so that you all could see the old her and what this illness has robbed her of and has taken out of her.  The last photos show her currently.  Anything helps so please help us out in our time of need. We appreciate anything .  Please please pray for my wife.  She is only 37 years old and is too young to be taken away from her family and myself.
