It has been 18 months since I first set up this page, and frankly, the support has been overwhelming.

But, alas, with so many things that involve life, things go up and down, and right now, I'm faced with both.

I have a wonderful opportunity to move from my currently Rented Bedroom-Only, to a full basement suite, for a very reduced cost.  Which would be wonderful on so many levels.  I can even afford the new rent, but right now, due to the fact that June/July is the part of the year where my workplace cuts back hours due to dwindling customers, I can't make up the Extra money I would need for the Rent-in-Advance and the Damage Deposit.

Its not a great deal of money, its barely $200 in reality...  But that would make or break this deal by the end of the month.

Moving into a basement suite changes so much for the positive.  Not only do I get a dedicated desk and working area for my business (including its working Airbrush!), the biggest deal is I get a personal space, not reliant on a common area...  This allows me to actually spend time HERE with my Son, which is really all I ever want in the world - to spend time with my Boy.

So please, if you are able to help...  It would be wonderfully appreciated.  It will help set me up for the future, and help me be a better father, and a better person.
