Rebuild a vintage Fallout Shelter

Hi, Im John and I need some help restoring a vintage Fallout Shelter that I have uncovered in my back yard.
I was told about the possibilty of the shelter from the friends that I bought the house from. They had no idea exactly what was there or where it was. The City had a permit on file that showed a 12' diameter "Blast Shelter" with a rather vague map.
After I dug a couple test holes, I hired a local metal detectorist to come and scan my yard. He found a couple of interesting spots so I started digging!
Spot 2 was the ticket! I hit a huge metal disk.
The interior is in great shape... It was dry and solid!

I am now trying to rebuild the upper entryway so I can secure the space before working on the inside. The upper entry needs a large concrete pour to secure the entry and the metal circular staircase needs to be replaced.
So far it looks like the rough budget for the concrete and the circular stair is around @2000.
So, the most asked question... What are you going to do with this space?
My plans are to clean up the interior, repaint it and turn it into a really cool man cave, HAM shack and Civil Defense Museum. Once I started this project I researched a bunch about the Cold War period and how the civilian fears prompted many people to build these shelters. I think it would be a cool memorial to that period in our history. I already have been aquiring several period artifacts to put on display down there. Items such as Geiger counters, water supply barrels, sanitation kits and vintage HAM radios.
