Hello dear family and friends, I hope you are all doing well! The scripture above came alive in my heart in 2010 when I worked with Every Home for Christ in Colorado Springs. The Lord continued to breathe life on this as He brought me to Kansas City with the International House of Prayer in 2012. And now, as He is leading me to work with Youth with a Mission, my prayer is that this fire in my heart would never go out! I have seen the desire of God's heart for His Kingdom to be established in greater measures through evangelism crusades and houses of prayer raised up all over the world!
During my recent four-month mission to Hong Kong, the Lord further solidified my calling in missions and increased hunger for training in evangelism. I want to strengthen worship and prayer in the nations and tell others of the Love of Christ and invite many into His House, His Kingdom forever!
The Lord made it clear that my next assignment will be with Youth with a Mission (YWAM) for a six-month Discipleship Training School (DTS) called Fire and Fragrance! This will be a place for me to receive training in evangelism and discipleship. I have wanted to do YWAM for a long time and Fire and Fragrance beats to the rhythm of my heart for worship, prayer and missions. In 2012, I was significantly impacted by one of their schools called Circuit Riders and was able to share the gospel with joy and boldness like never before. It awakened something in my heart and I am thrilled to work with this community of faith-filled believers!
The vision of Fire and Fragrance is to cultivate worship, prayer, and friendship with Jesus. They are commited to the great commandment and the great commission and believe the fire within will become an attractive fragrance that reveals the love of Jesus to the lost!
The training will take place October-March. The first three months include biblical teachings, practical service, evangelism and discipleship in Kona, Hawaii. Then, during the outreach phase, I will be sent to another country for three months (to be determined) to apply everything learned. My team and I will preach the gospel, pray for the sick, lead prayer and worship and so much more!
Mark 16:15, He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation."
In Luke 10:2, Jesus declared, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest."
As you pray for me and this new missions opportunity, please consider financially giving to my ministry as a seed, believing God will bless it in return and increase the harvest in the nations.
I also desire to raise up a team of people commited to praying for me. Prayer is powerful; it can move mountains and is truly something I would appreciate during this time. I would love for you to be one of my prayer warriors and know that I will be lifting you up and praying for you as well.
It's amazing watching the Lord move through His people and I wouldn't want to do this without the partnership of the body of Christ, without you! Thank you so much for your commitment and support.
